When I went through the cost segregation process for my own rental, the experience felt intimidating and anything but personal. I was dealing with my actual taxes — real money, real impact — and yet it felt like I was expected to just figure it out on my own.

Team Cost Seg was built to initially serve the 30A market, where rental owners previously had two options: coordinate expensive fly-in firms or try to navigate cost segregation on their own.
